CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State men's tennis team closed out its current homestand Sunday, dropping a 4-3 contest against Buffalo.
Cleveland State's three points came during singles play, with
Carl Gedlitschka,
Maxime Aremon and
Cole Chappell all picking up wins.
Gedlitschka earned a 7-5, 6-3 win at No. 3 singles, while Aremon posted a 7-6(4), 6-2 victory at the No. 4 spot, and Chappell battled for a 2-6, 6-1, 6-4 victory at No. 5 singles.
The Vikings will take the week off from competition, returning to the courts for their annual Spring Break trip to Florida, playing at North Florida (March 11) and Stetson (March 14).
