CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland State opened the home portion of its schedule with a 157-143 victory over St. Bonaventure on Saturday afternoon.
Ellie Seiter won both diving events, 1-meter (263.93) and 3-meter (281.10).
Isabella Caraballo won both distance events on the weekend: the 1650-yard freestyle (17:07.71) and 500-yard freestyle (5:06.65).
Cleveland State claimed the 200-yard medley relay after
Audrey Butcher,
Ella Ciez,
Rosie Whitten, and
Gracie Chelf finished in 1:44.27.
The Green and White went first and second in the 100-yard breaststroke with Ciez (1:05.71) and
Skyler Turner (1:06.65).
Butcher (2:08.79) won the 200-yard butterfly with
Riley Ogilvie (2:10.41) as the runner-up.
Chelf sprinted to a time of 23.69 to win the 50-yard freestyle.
The 200-yard breaststroke went to Turner (2:25.85) and Ciez (2:27.30) coming in second.
The Vikings remain home to face Youngstown State on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 1 p.m.
