AKRON, Ohio – Cleveland State placed third at the two-day Akron Zips Classic with a score of 651. Akron won with a score of 1,298, and Xavier was second with a score of 777.
The morning session of the second day began with the 200-yard freestyle relay of
Gracie Chelf,
Oksana Horova,
Rosie Whitten, and
Audrey Butcher, which placed third with a time of 1:34.13.
Riley Ogilvie claimed the first individual race of the day, the 400-yard IM, after clocking a 4:28.18.
The 1650-yard freestyle went to
Isabella Caraballo with a school record time of 16:58.27.
Seiter took second in 3-meter after scoring 260.05.
Cleveland State will compete inside Busbey Natatorium for the first time against St. Bonaventure on Friday, Oct. 24, and Saturday, Oct. 25.
