NIAGARA, N.Y. – The Cleveland State men (2-0) upended Niagara (0-1) on Friday evening by a score of 107-98.
Paddy Johnston was victorious in the 50-yard freestyle (20.75) and 100-yard freestyle (45.93).
The Vikings went one-and-two in the 1000-yard freestyle with
Brock Wallace (9:51.46) and
Tanner Beck (10:02.57).
In the next race, the 200-yard freestyle, CSU again took the top two spots with
Jackson Nester (1:41.80) and
Connor Green (1:42.63).
Nate Steiner took home the 200-yard butterfly after finishing in 1:56.23.
Nester won his second event in the 500-yard freestyle as the senior finished in 4:39.08. Green came in third, clocking a 4:52.25.
Wallace claimed his second win in the 200-yard backstroke after touching in 1:53.52.
In the 200-yard breaststroke, Schultze finished as the runner-up after touching in 2:07.74.
Cameron Craft put up a third-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle after finishing in 47.69.
Cleveland State will remain on the road to face Youngstown State on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m.
