Cleveland State Women's Swimming & Diving Competes at Kenyon

GAMBIER, Ohio – Not even 24 hours after competing at home, the women's swimming & diving team fell to Kenyon, 243-50 on Saturday afternoon. Cleveland State turned in five runner-up performances on the day.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Brooke Eichel placed second in both diving events, scoring 222.45 in 1-meter and 214.35 in 3-meter.
  • Mackenzie Lipnick claimed the runner-up spot in the 1000-yard freestyle, clocking a 10:51.22.
  • Rachel Contich took second in the 200-yard freestyle, touching in 1:56.22.
  • Lauren Lewis came in second during the 200-yard backstroke, finishing in 2:07.75.
