GREENSBORO, N.C. - Viking swimmers Philipp Sikatzki and Adam Ingledew competed at the USA Winter National Championships Thursday morning in the preliminary rounds at the Greensboro Aquatics Complex. 

Sikatzki swam in the 200 IM and 50 Free where he tied for first in his heat with a time of 1:49.87 in the 200 IM and placed second in his heat in the 50 Free with a time of 20.21. Neither times were enough to make it to the final rounds later today.

Ingledew competed in the 50 Free where he also tied for first in his heat with a time of 20.32. His time also did not qualify for the final round.

The Winter National Championships continue tomorrow morning with prelims starting at 9 a.m. and finals starting at 5 p.m. You can watch live coverage at www.usaswimming.org.
