WESTLAKE, Ohio - The Cleveland State women's tennis team swept all three doubles matches and all six singles contests to earn a 7-0 sweep over St. Bonaventure at the Paramount Tennis Club on Sunday afternoon.

The win improved the Vikings to 2-3 this spring and snapped a three match losing streak.

"This was a great team win for us," head coach Brian Etzkin said. "I felt that we were playing some good tennis recently, but it was not showing up in the wins column. I thought we played with a lot of intensity and emotion today. We worked on keeping our focus and composure this week and I thought we carried that over to the match today.

The Vikings won all six singles matches with sweeps, dropping just 17 total games.

CSU is back in action on Sunday (Feb. 13) when the Vikings close out their three match homestand with a 2:00 p.m. match against Dayton.
