Mark de Swardt led the way for the Vikings, turning in two very good performances in the 1,000 free and the 500 free. de Swardt took second in the event, finishing the 1,000 free in 9:23.88, his best time of the season. He also beat Denison's swimmers in the 500 free with a time of 4:41.43.
