CLEVELAND -- Cleveland State seniors Sarah Krause, Dani Sowinski, McKenna Vento and Ashley Thiss were each named to the 2018 Academic All-Ohio NCAA Division I team as selected by the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association.
Krause, Sowinski and Vento were each selected to the 11-member first team, while Thiss was named Second Team Academic All-Ohio.
Krause earned first team honors with a 3.97 grade-point average in Health Sciences and Pre-Occupational Therapy, while Sowinski was also named first team and currently has a 3.42 GPA in Health Sciences in pre-medicine. Vento was selected to the first team also and currently has a 3.87 grade-point average in Health Sciences.
Thiss was named to the second team and has a 3.59 GPA in Health Sciences.
Krause and Sowinski were also selected to the All-Ohio team.
