Posted three top-three individual finishes in his debut Horizon League Championships … Surpassed NCAA ‘B’ standards in two of those three events and broke school record in one of them … Swam third leg of 800 freestyle relay team that won League title and broke school record in 6:32.96 … CSU was seeded fourth entering 800 free relay … Tied for second in 200 backstroke in school-record time of 1:44.98, also a ‘B’ standard … Placed third in 100 back in 48.39 seconds, a NCAA cut time … Was also third in 500 freestyle at HL meet in 4:25.45 … Swam the lead leg on CSU’s 400 medley relay team that took third at League meet … Won 200 backstroke at Magnus Cup and was runner-up in 100 back and 500 free … Won seven dual races during the season, six in backstroke events and one in 1000 freestyle … Swam in seven traditional individual events on season, adding the 200 IM to his freestyle and backstroke disciplines … Named Scholar All-America Honorable Mention by the CSCAA.
